our purpose - the reason reimagine work exists

Reimagine Work grew from a shared belief that work can be both human and high-performing — and that too often, it’s neither. What brought us together was a conviction that things could be different, and better.

After years navigating complex organisations, we kept returning to the same questions: how people lead, how systems support or block teams, and why change so often fails to hold. Again and again, we saw well-intended strategies break down in practice, leaving people to carry the weight of unclear decisions, poorly designed processes, and misaligned expectations.

We are driven by a simple question: how do we imagine and build working worlds that feel more human?

our values - what grounds us

  • We show up as we are, and we work in ways that are honest and consistent. We say what we mean, and we do what we say.

  • We pay attention to people and to the systems that shape their work. Respect, kindness, and thoughtfulness guide how we engage, decide, and act.

  • We don’t avoid what’s uncomfortable. We name what needs to be said and take action when it matters, even when it’s difficult.

  • We seek to understand before we move to solutions. We ask thoughtful questions, listen closely, and stay open to what we might be missing.

  • We work deliberately. Our choices are considered, purposeful, and guided by what matters most.

Our values shape the way we work. These aren't just words – they’re the foundation of everything we build

our team - the duo behind the work

We are a small founding team brought together by shared values and a clear-eyed understanding of how organisations actually function.

Our experience has been shaped in complex, evolving environments where roles were fluid, priorities shifted, and the gap between what was intended and what was lived was often stark. Staying close to the work, we’ve seen how systems influence behaviour, decision-making, and energy — for better or worse.

Across North America, South America, Africa, and Europe, we’ve worked in organisations of very different sizes and forms, from small teams to large, highly structured institutions.

We’ve held roles across people management, operations, inclusion & belonging, and organisational change — close enough to see what enables people to do their jobs well, and what wears them down.

We bring complementary strengths and distinct perspectives, and we work deliberately as a partnership. What connects our work is a shared belief that clarity and care, applied with intention, should sit at the centre of how organisations function and how work is experienced day to day.
