My work starts with people, stays with people, and keeps coming back to how work is experienced. For me, that means paying close attention to how structures, decisions, and habits land in practice.  

Brusselair by adoption, with Swiss, Brazilian, and Chadian roots, I bring a strong sensitivity to context, power, and difference into my work. Living and working across cultures has shaped how I ask questions, how I listen, and how I approach organisational realities, with care and realism rather than assumptions.

I’ve spent over 20 years working across people and operations. My experience spans NGOs, start-ups, and complex, matrixed organisations, staying close to the decisions and trade-offs that shape how work actually gets done. Much of my work has focused on how roles, processes, and decisions are set up, and what that makes possible – or difficult - for people day to day.

Across all of this, one thing has stayed constant: a belief that well-designed systems create space for people to focus, contribute, and stay engaged over the long term.

I’m all about making things better. I always come back to the same question — what needs to happen to make a real difference?

American-born and now a fully converted, Brussels‑based Belgian local, I’ve worked in organisations across Europe, Africa, and the United States. These experiences have shaped a deep curiosity about how people experience work across cultures.  

With roughly 15 years of experience across a variety of sectors and specialisations, I bring a unique blend of insight and creative problem-solving. After starting my career in public accounting in corporate America, I made a drastic shift, pivoting to the non-profit sector. My work has since spanned continents and roles, including international development, international migration, and nature conservation. 

This diverse background has shaped me into a versatile generalist, able to navigate complexity, connecting ideas across organisations and sectors. I bring this to every engagement and it continues to guide me and the impact I am able to make.
